Hello Henning.
I cannot imagine how youre feeling right now following the tragic loss of Gunnar.
I send my love to you and your family and I hope that you can find some comfort in the photos and messages from the group.
I recognise that myself and the Costa Rican tour group only knew Gunnar breifly, though the 12 days we knew him felt like months with 24hrs a day in each others company.
Gunnar was a key personality in the group who was adored by everyone.
He was kind, funny, whitty and easy to talk with.
It was evident that he had a lust to travel and try new things. He was fully immersed in the Costa Rica tour and was evidently enjoying himself and the experience with the group. He took part in a vast array of activities such as: White water rafting, canyoning, ziplining, snorkelling, cycling and tree climbing...and he bought the group a volleyball and we played beach volleyball continuously throughout our trip.
Gunnar certainly will hold a place in all our hearts.
